No. A request through the calendar is non-binding and free of charge. We check the dates personally and usually reply with the price on the same day. The booking only becomes binding with the rental agreement.

You choose your dates in the calendar and send the request. We usually reply on the same day with the price and all arrival details. If you agree, we sign a short-term rental agreement for your stay. Your dates are then firmly reserved.

By bank transfer or in cash on arrival. The payment terms are set out in the rental agreement.

Final cleaning is included in the price. We do not ask for a deposit, and there is no tourist tax. We state the final price for your dates and number of guests in our reply to your request, with nothing added on arrival.

Up to 30 days before arrival we refund the full amount. Between 30 and 7 days before arrival we refund part of it; after that no refund is possible. For stays of 28 nights or more: full refund up to 30 days before arrival, after that the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable. The exact terms are set out in the rental agreement. There is no 14-day right of withdrawal for holiday accommodation booked for fixed dates (Section 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code).

Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. We hand over the keys in person, as we live right next door. If your train or flight times are awkward, let us know; something can usually be arranged.

Yes, five nights. Spare bed linen is provided for longer stays.

Up to six guests. The 110 m² include two bedrooms, a bathroom with an XXL rain shower, a separate guest toilet and a 40 m² terrace.

No, unfortunately we cannot accept pets in the apartment.

Yes, a private parking space right at the door comes with the apartment and is included in the price.

By car via the A95 motorway or the B2; parking is available. By train, get off at Feldafing station; from there the S-Bahn takes about 40 minutes to Munich. Lake Starnberg is a 400-metre walk.
